We provide the training, online software, and on going support. You run your classes, set your schedule, set your prices, and build your business your way!

How It Works

Complete the online American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor Essentials course, for the courses that you want to teach.

Contact Rleemedicaltraining@gmail.com to receive the alignment application, and teaching verification.

Get approved. You will then receive your AHA instructor certification, access to our online roster building program, AHA student exams, & access to purchase student Ecards.

What’s included:

  • Current AHA provider certification for the course you want to teach.

  • 18 years old or older.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Commitment to the AHA mission and guidelines.

  • Computer access and internet.

Requirements:

  • One time alignment fee of $230

  • No ongoing alignment fees, as long as you are teaching more than the AHA minimum courses each year.

  • Free ongoing instructor/business support.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Will I be an employee of Ross Training Academy?

A: No. You will be able to align with us as we are an AHA training site and in order to teach AHA courses, you need to be aligned with a training site or training center. You are your own boss, you are not an employee.

Q: Do I have to teach at your location?

A: No you don’t. You can teach at any location convenient for you and your students. But we do rent our location to our instructors if you need a place to teach your students.

Q: How much can I charge for my classes?

A: You can set your own prices and keep your profit.

Q: Are there any monthly or yearly fees?

A: No. We only charge the initial alignment fee, and you will purchase your student Ecards through us. As long as you meet the AHA yearly teaching requirement, there are no additional fees.

Q: How long does the process take?

A: You can become full aligned from start to finish in as little as 5 days.

Q: What support do I get after I’m aligned?

A: You’ll have access to our staff/faculty for any questions day and night, even on weekends. We also send out emails with the best current marketing strategies and ideas. We are here to help your business succeed.
