What we Offer:

Ross Training Academy provides professional event medical standby and first aid coverage for events throughout the Coastal Bend. Our trained responders help keep participants and guests safe by providing immediate CPR, AED response, and first aid assistance while coordinating with local emergency services if advanced care is required.

Whether you are hosting a race, festival, corporate event, school activity, or sporting event, having trained medical personnel on site can significantly improve safety and response times during an emergency.

Our team is trained in CPR, AED use, and emergency first aid and is equipped to handle common event-related medical situations such as dehydration, heat illness, minor injuries, and sudden cardiac emergencies until local EMS arrives.

Services Include:

• On-site trained responders
• CPR and AED response
• First aid and bleeding control
• Patient monitoring and assessment
• Emergency supplemental oxygen when appropriate
• Coordination with local EMS and 911 activation
• Incident documentation

All services are non-transport and limited to basic first aid and life-saving interventions until local emergency medical services arrive.

Small Event Coverage:

For groups or events of 50 or less participants, looking for a first aid team.

$300 - Maximum of 3 hours

Includes:

  • 1 trained responder

  • AED and Oxygen

  • First aid and trauma kit

  • CPR/AED response

  • Incident documentation

  • EMS coordination if needed

Basic Event Coverage:

Best for small events like school activities, youth sports, and community gatherings.

$400 – Up to 4 hours

Includes:

  • 1 trained responder

  • AED and Oxygen

  • First aid and trauma kit

  • CPR/AED response

  • Incident documentation

  • EMS coordination if needed

Add on:
$50 per hour, $50 for each additional responder

Standard Event Coverage:

Best for medium events like tournaments, festivals, and races.

$600 – Up to 6 hours

Includes:

  • 2 trained responders

  • AED and Oxygen

  • First aid and trauma kit

  • CPR/AED response

  • Incident Documentation

  • EMS coordination if needed

  • Dedicated first aid station

Add on:
$75 per hour, $60 for each additional responder

Large Event Coverage

For large crowds, festivals, or endurance events.
