Deposit Requirement:
A $200 deposit per requested event day is required to reserve medical standby coverage with Ross Training Academy. Event dates are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of services for the event.
Deposits are non-refundable if the Client cancels the event or services.
If Ross Training Academy must cancel coverage due to staffing availability or other unforeseen operational issues, the deposit will be fully refunded to the Client.
Event Details Confirmation:
The Client must provide final confirmation of the event start time, location, and event contact information no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled event start time.
Failure to provide confirmed event details within this timeframe may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.
Ross Training Academy reserves the right to adjust staffing requirements or service logistics based on final event details provided.
